Named after Albert Weber, a young German piano prodigy who migrated from Bavaria, Germany to the US in the quest to make a better piano!
In the year 1852, the first of the high quality vertical and horizontal pianos were rolled out under the Weber Company.
The brand “Weber” is currently owned by Young Chang pianos. As of writing, noted American piano-designer “Del Fandrich” is in charge of designing the Albert Weber pianos line.
Weber Range of Pianos
In the nineteenth century, Weber acoustic pianos could be found in several Royal homes in Europe, the Vatican, and were used by many noted artists of that era. The first serial number indicated on a Weber’s piano was made in 1903-54700 and the last was in 1978 – 100733.
Their current line of pianos includes several better quality consumer grade pianos.
These are basically divided under three categories, namely: Albert Weber, Weber Sovereign, Weber.
