Questions:
I have a HD-AEKN5000 hardrive for a Technics Keyboard KN-5000 which needs repair and also I would like to buy another vintage one which “WORKS”. In essence I’m looking to someone who could help me solve my problem. Soft Service which was working in the early 2000’s is no longer functional. (I think they may be in process of building back on line but are still not ready). I realize to get what I want for my Technics KN-5000 Keyboard will be expensive. I happen to have 4 Technic KN-5000 Keyboards but I need hardrives which will work for two of them. – William Lyle Bynum Jr. M.D. (Dermott Arkansas)

I have been able to make the Hard-drive work. I said it wasn’t functioning but now I can make it accomplish what I want it to do, so I’m now not looking for a repair but I still want to BUY another HD-AEKN5000 Hard-drive which works only in a Technic KN-5000 KEYBOARD. I’ll PAY WELL. – Bill Bynum

You should be able to find a service center near your area. – Peter
It’s about the title above. It should be HD-AEKN5000 to clarify the hardrive name.(for the technics KN-5000 Keyboard. I have been disappointed in past in using the Ask For An Answer. I don’t mind paying $35.00 for a definitive answer on my credit card. But my question is so straight forward someone should be able to come up immediately with my simple two items.
(1) A place that can for sure make my older HD-AE-5000 Hard drive work and how do I contact them, and
(2) Who has a HD-AE5000 hard drive of their own they will sell me without their Technic KN-5000 Keyboard.
Another Technic KN-5000 keyboard is the LAST thing I need. I have 4 of those. I know it will COST.
Surely someone will understand what I’m talking about. About two years ago I bought a hardrive from Joe Barron who lives in the UK and have been quite satisfied. – William L Bynum M.D.

I´ve heard, that it is possible to change the defekt HD to an Memory Card. May that helps if the problem still exists. Best regards from Germany Gerald
