Now you can easily turn your portable keyboard into a grand piano, and its not going to cost you a lot….about a grand at the most.
Every keyboard or piano player would love to own a grand piano, but in most cases, its the cost that prohibits them from doing so.
While keyboards and stage pianos are more practical and can sound really good, they are definitely not among the best-looking instruments.
However, the good news is that you now have an affordable alternative!
Amsterdam-based company Dutchgrand manufactures piano shells (sort of piano stand) that gives a more pleasing look to your piano, once its attached.
These “one-size-fits all” shells (made of polyester and aluminium) accommodate a wide range of different stage pianos and keyboards, and setting it up is a matter of few seconds.
These shells are extremely light. The upper part of the shell is made from engineered polyester, and the legs are aluminium that fold up into the body of the casework.
These stands make your instrument look like a genuine grand piano. Nobody is going to realize that its not an actual grand piano, unless you reveal it to them.
Dutchgrand is the largest producer of portable baby grand piano-shells. These Dutchgrand cases are available in most RAL colours, or can be customized with any unique design. The price is around $1200.
