Electric Piano to Consider

Casio has a few stage pianos that will sound great in your living room or onstage or in an entertainment hall.

The Casio PX-3 is one such digital piano that has good features and comes with hammer touch keys that feel like real piano keys.

The Casio wk-7500 76-key keyboard is another high-end performance keyboard that comes with a full-fledged sequencer and mixer functions for total musical creation support.

Another recently introduced, and in a sense Casio’s first performance synthesizer is the Casio XW-P1 performance synth. You can use the Casio XW-P1 electric piano for performing at home, studio, or stage.

Features

Some features that are common in nearly all the Casio stage piano models: multi-track recording, insert effects, arps, stereo sound, split modes enabling two players, USB connectivity enabling song transfers to and from a computer, MIDI I/O, and more.

Is it Really Pro Stuff?

If you look at Casio’s latest synthesizer, you will agree that there is no denying that you rarely come across high-end products that offer so many things such as organ sounds, synth, step sequencer and much more in a lightweight body, and that too at such prices.

Most musicians who do lots of gigs would definitely agree that this is value for the money, but then its sturdiness and ability to handle roughness is to be seen. Products that are meant for gigs have to be robustly built to last longer and we will see how this fares on this point going ahead.

Before purchasing a Casio stage piano it is highly advisable to become familiar with different models since the price and the features vary greatly amongst the wide line of Casio stage pianos. Find one that is suitable for your playing needs and something that fits your budget too. A Casio electric piano is indeed a lightweight keyboard that can be used for performances.
